1. RESERVATION

Reservation can be made by complete the on-line RESERVATION form provided or it could be made through the e-mail at the portion of CONTACT US or by contact call centre in the number 62 (0) 81559708844 (24 hours).

The cancellation or the Alteration will be regulating in other section on this page (see “CANCELLATION” or “ALTERATION”)

2. PAYMENT

Payment can be made via bank transfer in our bank account. The Payment would be in regard valid if we get payment confirmation from our recipient's bank. The client(s) required to send the copy its transfer slip to us, and then we will send you the copy of invoice upon the payment you have been made. “Pay on spot” would be allowed subject to organizer agreement. For the smoothness of the administration process, then client(s) were required to deposit the fund totally 30% of the price that in determined 2 months before, and the rest of payment should be paid within 2 weeks prior to commencement of the tour date.

3. CANCELLATION

A. Cancellation by Client(s)

The client(s) have rights to cancel of their participation before the tour take place and they will get the money back of the payment. In this case, the cancellation would be regulated as follows:

-       Cancellation 4 week before: 100% refund after reduced the transfer cost

-       Cancellation 2 week before: 50%  refund after reduced the transfer cost

-       Cancellation less than 2 week: 20% refund after reduced the transfer cost

-       Cancellation less than 1 week: 0%  refund

-       Not show without notification: 0% refund

B. Cancellation by Organizer

-       The entitle organizer could cancel the tour designed on the basis as follows;

o   Natural Disaster (Flood, Earthquake, Landslide, Tornado, Tsunami, Fire forest, etc.)

o   Mass Disturbance (Politics, Sabotage, Aggressions, Hostages, Kidnapping, etc.)

o   War (International, Intertribal)

o   Plague of infectious diseases

Organizer will return all the cost without any reduction imposed.

-       Other cancellation could also be took place triggered by;

o   Violated to Indonesian rules

o   Aim deviation visited and inappropriate entered permission allotment.

Cancellation triggering by above said matter is under client(s) fully responsibility and no refund will be imposed

4. ALTERATION

The client(s) would not be permitted to alter the schedule or route of tour designed, nevertheless if they have agreement from the organizer, then schedule and the route of tour will be allowed to change with or without increasing cost imposed.

5. HEALTH RESTRICTION

We strongly required to all client(s) to do General check-up before deciding to joining the tour program and leave their respective country. The organizer will refuse their participation in our tour program if the client(s) contracted to the illness as follows;

-       Asthma

-       Hypertension

-       Vertigo

-       Coronary heart diseases

-       Epilepsy

-       Other dangerous infectious diseases

All resulting from directly or indirectly by the above illness are would be fully client(s) responsibility.

6. PROHIBITION

The client(s) in prohibited to carry out any activities that were ban by regulations, as for prohibited activities would be included;

-       Damaging environment and nature ecosystem

-       Sexual harassment

-       Carried bladed weapon or fiery weapon and or the other weapon that in banned by regulations which were valid in the relevant Country.

-       Hurt/killed the animal that in protected by the relevant country regulation.

-       Annoying/made sensation or unrest in the relevant area or the Country.

7. INSURANCE

Be sure you have sufficient insured by comprehensive travel insurance before you make enrollment to join in the tour. Any products of insurance are excluded and not part of agreement between provider and client(s).

8. SAFETY RESPOSIBILITIES

Since most of our tour program is potentially physically risk injury occur, so we strongly advise to clients for complete the mandatory personal protective equipment before you decide to join the tour. The personal protection equipment will be:

-          Trekking Shoes

-          Warm cloth / Jacket

-          Sun glasses

-          Hat

-          Sun blocked cream

-          Rain coat

The supporting equipment that may be needed to use during the expedition would be provided by provider i.e;

-          Out-door gear (based on need)

Provider will not take any responsibilities for any personal equipment damaged or loss triggered by personal using.
